Areas We Serve
Three towns, run as real weekly routes rather than a coverage map drawn to look impressive. Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Carefree, all inside about thirty miles of north Scottsdale.
Trusted by 1,000+ Homes in the Valley
"We treat our customers like family, and every pool as if it were our own. Serving Arizona homeowners since 1998."
Pick Your Town
Each page covers the neighborhoods on that route and the conditions particular to it. Pools in these three places are not the same job.
Scottsdale
Dedicated weekly routes across the whole 30-mile stretch of the city, from Old Town up through McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Grayhawk, DC Ranch, and Troon. CAP water here is hard enough that calcium and TDS get tracked at every visit.
McCormick Ranch · DC Ranch · Grayhawk · Troon North · Old Town · Silverleaf · Kierland
Pool Service in Scottsdale →Cave Creek
Rural desert properties with well water, longer plumbing runs, and a debris load that city pools never see. Flash-flood runoff and haboob cleanup are routine work on this route, not exceptions.
Tatum Ranch · Desert Hills · Dove Valley · Spur Cross · Black Mountain · Dynamite Corridor
Pool Service in Cave Creek →Carefree
High desert at roughly 2,500 feet, which means heaters run more months of the year and hard water gets more chances to scale them. Large lots, remote equipment pads, and a lot of water features.
The Boulders · Carefree Ranch · Town Center · Sentinel Rock · Stagecoach Pass
Pool Service in Carefree →A Small Map,
On Purpose
Mako Pool Solutions covers three towns in the north Phoenix valley, inside roughly a thirty mile radius of north Scottsdale. That is a deliberate limit, and it costs us work every month. Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and Arcadia all sit just outside it. We keep it that way because a tight radius is the only thing that makes the promise underneath it true: the same technician on your route every week, and a short drive to your equipment pad when a pump quits on a Friday afternoon.
We're a service-area business rather than a storefront, so there is no shop to visit. The routes run Monday through Friday, 7AM to 5PM, and most new clients are on one within a week of the first visit.
Why the Three Towns Are Different Jobs
Scottsdale is municipal water, mostly delivered through the Central Arizona Project, which arrives high in calcium hardness and total dissolved solids. Scale on tile, heater elements and salt cell plates is the recurring battle, and summer evaporation concentrates both. The city also runs more than thirty miles north to south, so a pool in Old Town and a pool at Pinnacle Peak are genuinely different climates.
Cave Creek is rural. Many properties draw from private wells with mineral content that outruns CAP water, lots are large enough that plumbing runs get long and booster pumps get common, and the Sonoran Desert debris load is heavier: palo verde and mesquite blossom in spring, dust through the monsoon, and flash-flood runoff that can contaminate an open pool in minutes.
Carefree sits higher, near 2,500 feet against Black Mountain. Winter nights drop far enough that gas heaters see a much longer season than they do down in the valley, and a heater running more hours in hard water calcifies faster. It is also where the water features and negative-edge builds cluster, which adds pumps and adds surface area for algae to find.
The Same Services Everywhere
Coverage does not change what we offer. Weekly pool service starts at $100 a month for a chemicals-only plan on a standard residential pool anywhere on the map. Equipment repair, individual pump, filter and heater work, new pump, filter and heater installs, pool automation, and green pool recovery are all available in all three towns. The full list is on the services page.
